Kourtney Rathke, a Michigan-bound senior at Peak to Peak Charter School in Colorado representing Above the Bar, placed second in the girls elite high school section with a first-attempt clearance at 13-2.25 (4.02m) at the UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center in Nevada. Rathke tied for fifth last year in the elite high school section at 12-2 (3.71m).
